We bake gluten free cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, brownies, protein bars, and power balls. All of our goodies are made from scractch. We are different than most gluten free bakeries, our goodies have a lower glycemic index and are safe for diabetics. Most of our items are paleo (grain free) and dairy free.
The Bakery has closed, we are moving to Washington state.
However, we want everyone to be able to enjoy dessert or bread with No Regrets so we are releasing several cookbooks with our bakery recipes. Currently they are available as an e-book through Amazon.com but we will eventually publish the paper version.
